You don’t need a crisis to start. You need a place where you can say it out loud.

I’m Vaibhav. I work with people who are tired of coping quietly. I won’t hand you advice or sugarcoat what I see. I’ll help you understand what is going on, and what you want to do about it.

Honestly, Vaibhav

Why people come

Most people who come to me are not broken. They are tired. Tired of overthinking, of holding it together, of being told to “just stay positive”. They want to move from surviving to actually living.

What I help with

Find the one that sounds like you.

You don’t need a diagnosis or the right words. These are the things people bring most often, in the way they usually describe them.

See how we can work together
01Anxiety and overthinking
  • Anxiety and chronic worry
  • Overthinking, and replaying the same thoughts again and again
  • Fear, uncertainty and difficulty feeling safe
  • Health-related fears and anxiety around physical symptoms
02When it shows up in your body
  • A pit in your stomach before or during stressful moments
  • Quick, shallow breathing or breathlessness when panic rises
  • A heavy or tight chest that comes with anxiety
  • A racing heart, shaky hands or restlessness when you feel on edge
  • Tiredness that doesn’t seem to go away with rest

These are common ways anxiety and stress are felt in the body, and the feeling is real even when the cause is emotional. If a symptom is new, severe, or you’re not sure what is behind it, please see a doctor first. Therapy works alongside medical care, never in place of it.

03Overwhelm and burnout
  • Emotional overwhelm and emotional dysregulation
  • Chronic stress and burnout
  • Chronic fatigue, exhaustion and stress-related bodily experiences
04Self-worth, shame and guilt
  • Low self-worth and self-criticism
  • Shame and guilt
  • Feeling like you are never quite enough
05Relationships
  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
  • Patterns that keep repeating with the people close to you
  • Emotional and relationship difficulties, including alongside an existing diagnosis such as BPD
06Identity, transitions and meaning
  • Identity-related struggles and confusion
  • Difficulty coping with major life transitions
  • Feeling hopeless or “stuck”
  • Difficulty finding meaning, purpose or direction
  • Feeling like you are surviving rather than genuinely living
  • Reconnecting with joy, creativity and a sense of self

What a first session looks like

Four small steps. No surprises.

Not knowing what happens is what stops most people. So here is exactly what happens.

01

You send a message.

Use the form on this site to reach out to me on WhatsApp or by email. You can tell me as much or as little as you’re comfortable sharing about what’s bringing you to therapy. This just gives me a basic idea of what you’re looking for before we take the next step.

02

We have a short chat.

We’ll exchange a few messages to figure out whether I can help with what you’re looking for. We’ll also go over my fees and your availability, and find a time for your first session. If I feel that someone else may be better suited to your needs, I’ll let you know and help point you in the right direction.

03

The first session.

All my sessions are 50 minutes long, online or in person in Delhi NCR. In your first session, there are no tests, no complicated exercises, and no formalities. You talk, I listen, and I ask questions. Together, we start making sense of what’s been going on and begin figuring out what you want from therapy.

04

What happens next.

From there, we’ll work together to decide what to focus on and how often it makes sense for us to meet. Most people start with one session a week, but there’s no fixed commitment. You’re free to pause or stop therapy whenever you feel it’s right for you.

Outside India

A different time zone. The same conversation.

I work online with an international, English-speaking clientele. We find an hour that suits both our clocks, and I check what applies where you live before we start.

A note from me

About Vaibhav

A lot of us grew up having our feelings dismissed.

So we learnt to keep quiet, to call it “just stress”, to believe therapy is only for people who are weak or seriously unwell. It isn’t. It is a room where you are taken seriously.

I’m a psychologist with a master’s in clinical psychology, trained in expressive arts therapy and clinical hypnotherapy. I see clients in private clinics across Delhi NCR, and online across India and internationally. I’m real in my sessions. I take time to explain what is happening in your mind, and I let trust build at its own pace.
