Online therapy · international clients

Therapy that travels with you.

I’m Vaibhav, a psychologist based in India. Alongside my practice in Delhi NCR, I work online with an international, English-speaking clientele as well.

Who this is for

Distance shouldn’t decide who you can talk to.

People come to me from outside India for different reasons. These are the most common.

  • Therapy where you live is expensive, or the waiting list is months long
  • You travel often, and you want the same therapist wherever you land
  • You simply prefer talking from your own room, with no waiting area and nobody to run into
  • You have moved abroad for work or study, and the people who know you best are in another time zone
  • You want a therapist who understands the family expectations and cultural pressure you grew up with, without having to explain all of it first

How online sessions work

The same session, on a screen.

Sessions

50 minutes on a video call, usually once a week to begin with. The work itself is no different from sitting in a room together.

Time zones

I’m in India, on IST. Sessions are arranged around your time zone where my schedule allows, so we find a slot that is reasonable for both of us rather than one that costs you a night’s sleep.

Language

Sessions with international clients are in English. If Hindi is easier for you, say so and we’ll use whatever helps you speak freely.

Fees and payment

Fees for clients outside India are quoted in EUR or USD and shared in our first exchange, before you commit to anything. No obligation and no sales talk.

Before we begin

A short, honest check first.

When you write to me from outside India, we’ll start with a few messages about where you’re based, when you’re usually available, and what you’re looking for. This helps us see whether working together makes sense.

Therapy rules can be different in different countries, so I take international clients case by case. Before we begin, I’ll check whether I can work with you where you’re based. If I can’t, I’ll let you know and help you find the right direction.

That’s it. No complicated process. Just a quick conversation before we get started.

Online therapy is not an emergency service. There will be hours when I am asleep and you are awake. If you are in crisis, please use the emergency number where you live. In India, Tele-MANAS is on 14416, free and 24 hours.

The first step

One message. That is all it takes to start.

Tell me your name and what you’d like support with. You’ll hear back about availability and fees, and we take it from there. No obligation.
