What this website collects

Only what you choose to send. This site has no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies.

• The message form. If you press “Send on WhatsApp”, the sentence you wrote is placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and that conversation is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
• Email forms. If you use “Email instead”, the waitlist or the companies enquiry, what you type is delivered to Vaibhav’s inbox through a form service called Web3Forms. It is used only to reply to you.
• Technical services. Nothing on this site is loaded from another company’s servers. The typefaces, images and scripts all come from this domain, so no third party sees your visit.

How your information is used

To reply to you, to arrange sessions, and, if you joined the waitlist, to tell you when something opens. It is never sold or shared for marketing. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@honestlyvaibhav.com.

Confidentiality in therapy

What you share in sessions is confidential. The only exceptions are a serious and immediate risk to your life or someone else’s, or where the law requires disclosure. These limits are explained before your first session.

Using this website

The content here is general information about therapy and about Vaibhav Saxena’s practice. It is not a diagnosis, medical advice or a substitute for professional care, and reading it does not create a therapist–client relationship.
